What to Expect at Admin Awards Gala and other Important Information:
Nominee Information Session
To make sure you all feel prepared for the event, Brooke Ritchie from our team will be sending you a calendar invitation for Zoom call where she will walk you through the flow of the evening and answer any questions you may have. This typically happens about 3 weeks before the big event.
What Should I Wear!?
The theme is ‘Good as Gold’ and since there are prizes for the best Gold outfit and team Spirit, you’ll want to make sure you are all “Good as Golded Up”! As a Finalist, wear exactly what you feel most confident – and comfortable in. Below are some examples of what attendees have worn in the past:

Below is a run down of the evening’s schedule. Three Award Presentations and then a Prize drawing is the flow of the evening, repeat until all Awards are presented. You will automatically be entered to win amazing prizes all valued at over $500. If you would like to opt OUT of the Major Prize drawing, simply email OPT OUT OF MAJOR PRIZE DRAWINGS to [email protected] as you will likely receive communications from our promotional partners who have generously agreed to participate in donating these amazing prizes!
Evening Timeline:
- 6:00 PM – Registration opens
- 6:00 – 7:00 PM – Cocktail hour
- 7:00 PM – Program Starts
- 9:00 PM – Program Ends
Finalist Announcements, on the big screen!
One of our program’s presenters will call the names of the Nominees with the highest scores, the evening’s finalists, as each award is presented. The picture you provide will be on the screen along with your name and company affiliation during your award category. Keep that in mind when submitting your headshot.
Should you Become a Winner…
Well, you’re already winners in our book, but in case you should you become the winner in one of the nine award categories, here’s how this will go down;
- The emcee calls your name
- Once you’re over the shock of winning, you’ll be invited to on stage to receive your award and make a few remarks (acceptance speech). This is optional but encouraged – even a simple thank you will do for those of you that prefer to not give a speech.
- We will also invite your nominator/executive to the stage as part of the experience.
Congratulations on being nominated for the Administrative Profession’s highest honor! Becoming a Nominee in the Admin Awards competition is an extraordinary accomplishment. Enjoy this moment in the spotlight. You are worthy of it.
