The Admin Awards was born in 2012, when founder, Sunny Nunan, recognized the need to create an awards program that celebrated the invaluable contributions of Administrative Professionals. Nunan’s mission to bring this program to life was a personal one, inspired by her mother, Jeannette Castellano, a 62-year career admin, who retired from her position as a full-time corporate receptionist just shy of her 80th birthday.
First launched in Dallas, Texas, The Admin Awards is the first and only program of its kind in the United States to publicly honor Administrative Professionals. And today, we’re proud to announce that we’ve begun to roll the program out nationally so Admins across the nation can finally get the recognition they deserve!
